I have a 9 1/2 yr old Peke and have had no problems with his eyes. I
keep the area between his nose, called the stop, clean and the hair
out of his eyes. I also use eye wash in his eyes at least once a week
depending on how his eyes look. If they are runny or if there seems to
be debris in his eyes I clean them then with the wash. The stop
acummilates a lot of hair that should fall off, but is held by the
fluid from his eyes, and needs to be removed regularly. Your Peke will
probably not like having the wash put in his eyes, but they like carefull
rubbing ofthier face around the eyes with a slightly wet rag. Becare not
to rub the eyeball with the rag.
