My two-year-old Pekinese licks me constantly. When I sit on the couch, walk through the room, etc. If I don't make her stop, she will continue for 15-20 minutes. I have tried saying "no" each time, putting noxious body lotion on, etc., but nothing seems to stop her. A friend who used to raise Pekes said that was a Pekinese trait. Is this true? How can I get her to stop. I am getting hoarse from shouting "no!"
