I have the same problem. There is nothing I can do to stop him from licking me. So I just have to put him down or get up and move away from him. I love kisses from him but sometimes its like he is on a mission to lick as much as I will allow. And he will continue as long as I would allow. I have asked my vet about this and she said it is also a trait with Pekes. So I hope this makes you feel a little better to know its going on with other Peke owners.
