My Female Pekingese is a Year old and she's the same way. She doesn't want to stop licking! I don't know of any way to make them stop. I think it is a trait because I know of alot of Pekingese Owners and all of their Pekingese lick bad also. If u have any more questions about Pekingese's you can contact me at Neon12778@aol.com
