I just got my newest addition a week ago and things are going very well. Yes, there is a bit of growling, but I am used to that an know it will stop as soon as the new baby knows his place in the pack. Good luck. I hope the rescue works out for you. I have a five year old pekingese that gets along great with my two
year old golden retriever.They play together,eat together and sleep
together.The pekingese ,Happy,is always in control of the play.The
retriever loves her dearly and understands not to play too rough
without my stepping in.
