I need help! I have 2 pekes, brother and sister from the same litter.
They fight constantly. The female will jump on her brother's back and
just dare him to try to move. If he does, they start barking and biting
on to each other. It's so hard to get them apart. I've tried everything
I can to get them to stop. Why are they doing this?
