Does anyone have any information on 'pinched nostrils" or stenotic nares in Pekes? I have been told there is an operation for this where they clip the nostril and flare it out with no obvious scars. Should this be done and if so, when? Our white Peke "Muffin" is 13 weeks and breathes through her mouth frequently like a goldfish.
