Pekingese Q&A Board: Is my puppy a sleeve Peke?

I am wondering whether or not my new 11 wk. old peke puppy is of the "sleeve" variety. She only weighs 4 lbs.. If so, what is the average size of a full grown "sleeve" peke? Also, where is a source on-line that I might be able to browse names for her?
