It sounds as if he is allergic to flea bites. By the way
fleas live behind baseboards, under cupboards or any opther
places. they are not restricted to rugs and carpets. You will
have to use a premise spray too to ghet rid of the fleas in your home
if they cant feed on your dog they will feed on you... Good luck
