I use a little witch hazel on cotton and gently wipe the fold by the nose. I do this often. Hope this helps.

> We have a peke and just noticed the fold above his nose is all stinky and yucky. We gently put a piece of cotton in and it came out a slight pink color (blood?) and it stinks terribly. When he comes near us we can smell the foul odor and are wondering how/when the fold above the nose is supposed to be cleaned. Any suggestions? Thank you!
