You can try putting witchhazel in it. I have not tried it myself but
another breeder told me what she used. I wipe the fold daily to protect
it from irration among other things. I also use a little powder, careful not
to get it into the eyes, that is if the fold is wet.
The wrinkle fold should be cleaned daily. I would suggest you take
your peke to the vet's and get him to give you some ointment to be put
inside so your peke does not get any infection.
