Herb uses Program, but I'm afraid that probably wouldn't be a good
solution for you. Program doesn't prevent fleas from jumping on her,
but renders them sterile once they do, so you won't get more. This
will work in an indoor setting to eventually kill off all the fleas,
but outdoors, forget it. I think there are other products like
Advantage that are out there, I suggest checking with your vet on
this, or consult one of the online vets (there's a link to one from
my links page.)
