Last summer I wrote to ask for help in making the decision for surgery for my beloved Casey. I opted to forego the operation. I lost him on Aug. 17th, 11 days ago. I had to make the decision to have him put down. I have never had to face a more difficult decision. I am lost without him. He would have been 12 in November, and in all his days not once did he ever get angry. He was, by far, the sweetest, most loving pup that I have ever known or had the honor of loving. I can't imagine not having him by my side ever again. He was my shadow, my constant companion.
To all owners of the peke........enjoy every day with your pet and never take for granted the love and loyalty of the greatest little pet in the world. My problem is, Casey was not my pet. He was my best little buddy. Give your's an extra hug for me. And those of you who believe in prayer, please pray for me. I am truly heart broken.
