I would suggest to clean his eyes daily as most "peke" owners do.. You also have to clean his wrinkle as it can get infected and lead into more serious problems.
1. You can clean the eyes by wiping them with a cotten ball or a soft tissue..
2. The nose wrinkle can be cleaned with a cotten ball also or a Q-tip.. I usualy tip the Q-tip in some powder and insert it between the nose and the wrinkle leaving it dry. Be very careful when doing so as it can get into the eyes and cause great discomfort. Also try cleaning the wrinkle with a warm cloth or a product you can buy at a herbal store called "Witch Hazel". Works great.
