I have twelve 4 week old rotts in my closet and washroom (hard tile floors), so I can't put Dalton and Gretchin in there at night. I have been sopping up the urine (in the wall to wall carpeting of course) and using witch hazel on it. But, I need something better. My husband (and I must confess, myself) is getting irate.

I have found that in cleaning up urine spots I made the mistake of immediately trying to clean it up with liquids. What
I do now is take a clean dry towel (old one) and place it over the spot and with my foot (shoe on) I step on the spot and blot it up. I do this a
couple of times until the towel quits absorbing. This process keeps from spreading the pee and soaking it into the carpet further. Then I can use
whatever odor eliminator I choose.
