I HAVE A 1 1/2 YEAR OLD PEKE. MY VET SUGGESTED USING CHILDREN'S BENEDRYL. THIS MIGHT BE AN OPTION YOU HAVEN'T TRIED, NOT REALLY THE "NATURAL" APPROACH BUT IT WORKED FOR ME. GOOD LUCK!!
