We also have the same problem. Our Peke is no longer a puppy, but he has always had a bad smell after coming in from outside. Even when he has had a bath and then goes outside when he comes back in it's still bad. It usually doesn't last too long after he comes back inside though. He is a great little dog. The first one we've had of this breed. We wouldn't trade him for a "sweet" smelling dog.
