Nicole You are very correct in the so called UPSTANDING breeders attitude (most that is) they even try to play me as to I'm ignorant. I have 8 years HANDS ON experience and my mother who is the other owner has 19 years thats a total of 27 years experience. This Jody women only knows certain breeds I know MANY and my knowledge does not stop there. We actually specialize in big parrots (birds). I have knowledge on reptiles, small animals, exotics, rabbits, guinea pigs, snakes, kittens, etc.We are USDA approved and have paid all licsenes to have and sell these animals. Believe me I have turned down many people if I feel the animal is not exceptable for them.I can also tell you that some of these UPSTANDING breeders do come to me to sell. So there bull on that is crap. I guess it's also because they know how well I do take care of them and of our programs. Do you honestly think these breeders do a background check on people. They make it sound like they are quite close to GOD don't they. In any case some of us PET STORES CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. BY THE WAY THESE PEOPLE WANT YOU TO PAY APPROXIMATELY 1000.00 FOR THERE PUP'S (WHICH BY THE WAY MAY NOT BE SHOW QUALITY)THEN SIGN A CONTRACT THAT YOU WILL HAVE IT SPAYED/NEUTERED WHICH MEANS YOU COULD NEVER SHOW IT EVEN IF YOU WANTED, SO THE BOTTOM LINE IS YOUR BUYING PET QUALITY ANYWAYS. WOULDN'T YOU THINK THEY MIGHT START WORRING AND PUTTING THERE ENERGY TOWARDS THE RESPONSIBLE PURSHASER ALSO. THERE IS ALLS KINDS OF FREE INFO OUT THERE. I'M NOT ALWAYS RESPONISIBLE FOR THE LACK OF IGNORANCE IN CUSTOMERS AND I MAKE THAT QUITE CLEAR. MAKE SURE TO READ AND THINK BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!!!!BELEIVE ME I DON'T GO TO THERE JOBS AND TELL THEM WHAT TO DO I EXPECT THE SAME RESPECT. REALLY IF YOU DON'T LIKE GOING BY A STORE AND SEEING A PUPPY IN A CAGE-IT'S SIMPLE DON'T GO BY IT. I DON'T LIKE HOOKERS SO I DON'T GO DOWNTOWN TO SEE THEM AND PUT MYSELF IN THAT POSITION,WOW THAT MIGHT MAKES SENSE. I SHOW THESE ANIMAL RIGHTS PEOPLE THE DOOR REAL FAST AND AS AN OWNER I HAVE THAT RIGHT-AND IF THE DOOR WON'T WORK GOING THROUGH IT WILL!!!!!!! I'M SORRY I DON'T MEAN TO TAKE THIS OUT ON YOU I'M JUST THANKFUL THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO CAN READ BETWEEN ALL LINES. DON'T GET ME WRONG I HAVE SEEN MANY BAD BREEDERS(UPSTANDING ALSO) AND MANY BAD STORES, BUT I WORK VERY HARD FOR MY CHILDREN,FAMILY,COMMUNITY,HUMANE SOCIETY,HOSPITALS,ETC. I'M FINALLY MAD.
