I am curious to why you need a groomer for your Peke. Pekes really do not need a professional groomer if they are brushed daily at home. Do you want to have it clipped short?? My Peke's ears get matted easily, but I've found that if you mix half conditioner and half water together it makes the tangles loosen. Also using powder on their fur while brushing helps to keep it clean. Good luck!!
