My husband and I are interested in purchasing a peke puppy. Yesterday our 10 year old peke, whom we had had since a little puppy, died. We are knowledgeable of the breed and responsible pet owners. We are thinking that we would prefer a pet quality male puppy, as young as possible, not the most active/aggressive of the litter and not the runt or most timid.
