I have a beagle pekinese mix. She is very agressive towards my other dog and will usually attach her if she gets to close to me. Beagles are very friendly towards other dogs, could it be the peke in her or just her personality? I have found out that if I ignore them when they are fighting they do not fight as much, but she just will not let my other dog near me. Is there anything I can do? It seems when I try to seperate them she gets even angrier or I get hurt. What do you suggest.
