I am so sorry to hear about the lost of your little Peke!! I had my first Peke put to sleep when he was 15 years old because of the back problem. So I know how hard is it!!! I also have a friend of mine that have three Pekingese. The two Male also developed the back problem.

I have two pekingese now. The male "Bagel" is 5 years old and the female "CoCo" is 9 years old. I don't allow them to walk up or down the stairs or play on the slippy floor.
