We have a manx cat. He was 7 years old when we brought in a 6 wk old
peke pup.
The cat avoided the puppy for a long time, but now they are the best of
friends and they play together all the time.
There was also an added, unexpected bonus: our fat, lazy cat is now trim
and healthy from playing. (I should also mention that our cat de-clawed,
although it was done long before we even considered getting a pup.)
