I manage a small animal shelter in Massachusetts. We need to place an 8 yr. old, red, neutered male, peke. He was placed once, but returned. He would be an excellent companion for the right person. I need to locate an active rescue/placement person in my state or nearby. I have attempted to contact two rescue people to no avail.
