I have a female Peke named Chelsea. She is 1 1/2 years old. She has already menstrated once. It's been about 6 months since her last period. Currently she is experiencing hair loss, mood swing, lost of appetite, lost in activities that used to interest her and she also mopes around the house sometimes dragging her rear legs. Can anyone tell me if this is normal for a female peke? Is this PMSing?
Note: We know she is definitely not pregnant.
