INKY a.k.a. Devil Dog may settle down if you consider a playmate for him. He is acting like ever other little baby thats trying to get your attention. Plus if your working during the day, even though INKY is going out for a walk, all he's doing is sleeping saving all his energy for your pleasure!! If you absolutly don't want another pet, you'll have to break the habit. Don't award the behavior at all. That means sleepless nights for you till he realizes your not going to give in. It could take a week to a month, it just depends on how stubborn he is. But he is young. You could also try to allow him to sleep in your room so he knows your their. My Peke gets to play on the bed with us right before we go to sleep, then we put him on his pillow and turn off the light and he knows it's bed time. Good luck.
