I own 4 pekingese,so I know just what you're going through.Have you tried the house training pads treated with phermones? They should help alot.Also you might consider installing a dog door,they are'nt very exspensive.If your pup is a male, you might want to get him neutered,if you're not going to use him as a stud.Because they have a tendancy to hike their leg on everything!!!I recomend having him fixed NO SOONER than 6 months and no later than 1 year, if you wait any longer they can become set in their ways.I speak from experiance!!!GOOD LUCK
