I could not even try to imagine a peke dying from an ear infection!
Pekes are prone to have ear problems as not enough air gets into the ear to circulate.
Problems can result as wax buildup, ear mites, ticks, yeast infection etc.
But the ears should be checked at least weekly and cleaned out weekly at the bare
minimal. If someone does not look right, brownish discharge you should
take your dog to the vet and do daily ear care to remove the problem.
