It could be getting irritated from the moisture that is kept in the nose
wrinkle. I clean our pekes wrinkle out with a warm towel so it remains
clean, the same goes with the ears as bacteria can set and thrive in the ear
canal as sometimes very little air gets in with the long flowing coat that they
have.
If it is infected, I would suggest going to the veternarian. They will give you
some ointment to put inside the nose wrinkle. You can also put some baby powder,
a very small amount with a Q-tip(careful not to get into eyes). This will
keep it dry for a little while.
But most importantly make sure you clean the wrinkle daily
