Clicking in the hips could mean a small joint space in the hip, or it
could be absolutely nothing. If he's not having any problems running
or walking, I wouldn't worry too much. The next time you take your
peke to the vet, you may ask him to check it out, but it will probably
involve an x-ray at the least which will make the trip a bit more
expensive. In general, a vet told me that hip problems are not as
serious in small dogs as it would be in a larger dog like a golden
retriever.
