You say your children play very rough with him, could this be the underlying cause of his aggressiveness. Your children should never have been allowed to be rough with your Peke. Playing is one thing ,being very rough is another.

Hi ialso agree with Diane and Pat but it also sounds as if he does
notknow his place in your home as he is nothousebroken yet a good
trainer may beableto help you but PLEASE do not delay it may not be
too late to re-socialise this dog.
