We have had this same problem w/our Peke Buffy. She began to have this problem as she got older. One thing that really works is to use a Q-tip moistened w/ Nolvasan solution (from the vet or vet supply catalogs). If you can not find this solution, you can use ChlorhexiDerm Solution-- found at PetsMart. I have used many different solutions on Buffy, but this works the best!! Remember to keep his wrinkle dry!
