I have a female Peke-a-Poo named Cookie. She looks much more like a Peke than a Poo (Poodle.) She is white, sable, tan, and black with a black mask. She weighs about 10lbs.She is very smart and well behaved. I have 2 boys, ages 2 and 5, and she is wonderful with them. She loves to play and run with them and also likes to mother them. She has never so much as growled at them and they can be pretty persistent. I have had poodles and other poodle mixes before and I really like what it adds to the personality of dog. She is very loyal and protective. She would let me hold her and love on her all day if I would. She sheds a little bit, and I have seen no health problems yet, although she is still only 15 mos. old. She also gets along well with our cat and other dogs that she meets.
