What could happen if you did get another peke? Are you a responsible pet owner? What can the strata council really do to you? I would do it anyway. Have you checked into your rights as a home owner? I would see what a free consultation with a lawyer would bring. I really do not think that the council could do anything about it. I would love to see such rules changed as well.
