the problem is that the sentil and program kill baby or forming fleas per say and not the adult fleas you are seeing. Eventually the cycle will be broken with those products. Try advantage it kills the adults and then works a month to kill any other fleas that get on the pet. But you have to bath with a non detergant shampoo..hylite or relief so that you don't wash it off. This product also works for flea allery dermititis. the balds spots on the rear end.... GOOD LUCK
