How do I go about posting a new message. If this is it, then the question is as follows: My peke is about 5 months old. He's extremely friendly and intelligent. He's been so-so at potty training. He doesn't bark at all. He knows how to bark, but does not. Is there a way to train him to bark so that I know to let him out to use the restroom?
