They are struggling for domination rights, all canines are pack animals,
and within the pack there must be one leader and the rest sort it out as to who is going to be second, third , forth in line etc. Your two pups both want to be the pack leader in your home.It is
very common practice, and they will soon sort out who it will be, then
they should start getting along better.
