I thought the &#8220;derby&#8221; format worked very well, with all of the derby participants given 15 minutes to present, followed by a discussion from the meeting attendees.  It kept things brief and to the point on a narrow, but important area.  I had just completed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/1847195865?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=toddbiskespeking&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=1847195865\">my book<\/a>, so naturally I talked about governance.
